Dr. Steven S. Traikovich,
D.O., F.A.O.C.O., F.A.A.C.S.,
graduated cum laude from
Ohio State University with a
B.S. in Human Nutrition. He
then received his medical
degree from Ohio University
- College of Osteopathic
Medicine.
Dr. Traikovich completed
extensive post graduate
training: Internship at
Doctors Hospital Columbus,
Ohio; General Surgery at
Suburban General Hospital
Philadelphia, PA;
Otolaryngology - Head & Neck
Surgery/Facial Plastic
Reconstructive residency at
northeast Missouri Regional
Health Systems Kirksville,
MO; Facial Plastic
Reconstructive Surgery and
Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship
at Indiana University/Beeson
Aesthetic Surgery institute.
During this time, he also
completed the American
Academy of Facial Plastic &
Reconstructive surgery
Advanced Training Fellowship
and received the John
Orlando Roe Award for Best
Clinical Research in
Cosmetic Surgery of North
America 1998.
Dr. Traikovich is board
certified in cosmetic
surgery, facial plastic and
reconstructive surgery and
ear, nose, throat, head and
neck surgery. Dr. Traikovich
is licensed in the state of
Arizona to practice
medicine.
He has published,
produced instructional video
tapes and lectured
extensively throughout the
country in the field of
Cosmetic, Facial Plastic
Reconstructive, and Head &
Neck surgery.
Dr. Traikovich is a
member and participating
consultant for the American
Academy of Cosmetic Surgery,
American Academy of Facial
Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery, and the American
Academy of Otolaryngology -
Head & Neck Surgery, among
other organizations.
He acts as associate
professor for Midwestern
University - Arizona College
of Osteopathic Medicine, and
Kirksville College of
Osteopathic Medicine. Dr.
Traikovich is also an oral
board examiner and national
instructor for residency
training programs on
cosmetic surgery throughout
